Cancellation Policy 

 

Case 1:

If the cancellation occurs before the driver reaches the lessor, there will be no charge for it.

 

Case 2:

If the cancellation happens after the driver has reached the lessor, the charges will be half of the delivery cost.

 

Case 3:

If the cancellation occurs after the driver has reached the lessee, the charges will be the full delivery cost.

 

Case 4:

If the cancellation happens after the driver has delivered the product to the lessee and left, the charges will include the delivery cost plus the rental fee of the product for one day.
