Refund policy

Return Process Guidelines:

 

  • Proof of Rental:

    Please ensure to provide valid proof of rental, such as the order number or invoice, when initiating a return.

  • Initiating the Return:

    You can start returning any item on the first day of the date mentioned on the invoice, unless otherwise stated.

  • Reporting Damages or Non-Functional Products:

    If you receive a damaged or non-functional product during the delivery process, please contact our customer service center at the technical center or send us a message through our contact page within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such cases, it is essential to return the product and its damaged accessories. Failure to return the full required quantities will result in the rejection of the return process.

  • Product Inspection and Refund Initiative:

    Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. If we confirm that the product has not been used, we will immediately initiate the refund process in the appropriate manner. Our technical team will provide a response within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Cases of returns that are not accepted and do not comply with the conditions mentioned above:

    If we determine, during the inspection, that the returned product does not meet the reasons mentioned in your request or has been used, the refund process will not be carried out, and the product will be returned to you.

  • How to Return the Product:

    To return a product with approved return authorization, please arrange for its delivery to Ejar Jar within 24 hours of receiving the approval.
